摘要
Abstract
Objective To identify3 RhD variants by polymerase chain reactions(PCRs).Methods Rh blood grouping was carried out by standard serologic test. PCR-SSP was used to amplify theRHD-specific polymorphisms located inRHD promoter,exons,introns,andRHCE-specific polymorphisms.RHD zygosity was determined by PCR-RFLP. Results The serologic results showed that the3 samples carry D variants. PCR-SSP results indicated that these patients harboredRHD*D-CE(3-6)-D hybrid alleles,ie,RHD*DVI.3.RHD zygosity showed the patients withRHD+/RHD-heterozygote.RHCE genotyping indicated that the patients haveRHCE*Ccee. The RH genotyping of these three patients wereCDVI IIIe/cde.Conclusion Genotyping is an efficient method in determining the RhD variants.关键词
