不同采集模式单采血小板后献血者外周血小板计数的变化情况
Impact of Platelets Pheresis with Different Methods on the Peripheral Blood Platelet Counts of Blood Donors

Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of the patterns of interval or continuous sampling on the peripheral blood platelets(PLT) of blood donors.Methods Fifty-five cases of blood donors were selected. The patients were divided into two groups. The2 U/(1 U/) and2 U/(2 U/),the mean blood small plate volume(MPV),PLT,platelet distribution width(PDW),platelet distribution width(P-LCR),and BMI changes were studied.Results The levels of continuous and second PLT apheresis of were significantly lower than those of the interval sampling metho(P<0.05). The levels of MPV,P-LCR,PDW in continuous sampling12 months latter,were obviously decrease when compared with those of interval Sampling(P<0.05),with a BMI≥24,which is higher than that of the interval sampling(P<0.05). Conclusion The BMI≥24 and PLT of the donor should be considered in combination with the PLT and BMI.关键词
