Abstract
The nature of a complex system determines its specialty of management, while wargaming can supply auxiliary de⁃cision⁃making support specific to the complex system management. This article discusses the nature and effect of a complex system, and researches reasons and methods for wargaming being used in complex system management. By combining military wargaming, it further introduces innovations and practices in system R&D, exercise organization and engineering management. At last, the article has explores the developing trend of wargames.关键词
