摘要
Abstract
According to the theory of operational cycle, the operational units of the operational system are abstracted as nodes, the relations between operational units are abstracted as edges between the nodes, and the construction rules of opera⁃tional system model are established with the complex network method. This paper builds the model of traditional operational system and the model of "cloud operations" system, puts forward the measurement of operational system, and analyses the operational capability and survivability of the two operational system by the simulation method.关键词
