Abstract
The Construction of command information system effectiveness evaluation center, which implements the unified, concentrated management of massive efficiency evaluation data, has an important role in the normalization of command infor⁃mation system effectiveness evaluation and evaluation results sharing. This paper analyzes the performance of evaluation of command information system object needs, data needs comprehensively and puts forward the overall framework of the data center of command information system effectiveness evaluation, basic condition design framework, data resource design and data service and application method. The research results of this paper have important guiding significance for the construction of the data center of command information system effectiveness evaluation.关键词
