Capacity Development of “The US Navy Integrated Fire Control-air Control” and its Implications

Abstract
"The US Navy Integrated Fire Control⁃air control" is an important part of American maritime shield defense sys⁃tem concept, and the system has been effectively developed during these 13 years. Firstly, the basic concept and connotation of the "Navy Integrated Fire Control⁃air control" has been elaborately performed as well as its major component of CEC, E⁃2D AEW, the Aegis system and standard function⁃6 air missile defense systems. Then, six kinds of NIFC⁃CA command and control modes have been introduced, collaborative command and decision⁃making model and characteristics of distributed processing command decision have been analyzed. Finally, the paper sums up the US NIFC⁃CA Implications for the develop⁃ment of maritime defense force building in China.关键词
