Abstract
In an era of science nationalized, the government becomes an important funder of R&D activities. So how to finance the R&D activities is a major subject of S&T policy research. This paper mainly analyzes the R&D financial-aid system of Japan and its evolution based on relevant research and analysis on statistics data about Japanese R&D funds, and discusses distribution mode of the competitive funds and relevant system allocation, which are reference for decision-makers and researchers focusing on the reform of China’s research funds distributing system.关键词
