叉车装设按钮点火开关启动的合理性剖析

Abstract
With the rapid development of technologies,the one-button startup device is widely applied in the vehicle field. Some forklift is installed with a button ignition switch. Against the background that China has not issued the explicit technological requirements,the paper analyzes the example of the forklift,describes the technological requirements on the button switch,wiring theory,battery main switch,and unapproved startup based on other professional standards and experi-ence,specifies the model type and color of the manipulator that can or cannot be used for the button ignition switch,ex-pounds the wiring theory of single gear,three gears,and four gears,analyzes the risk of combining the original four-gear switch to a single-gear switch,and presents that the forklift must be provided with an independent battery main switch. It's not allowed to install the single-gear ignition switch in the forklift and the forklift shall prevent unauthorized startup. Fur-thermore,the paper also puts forward applicable procedures for installing switches in the forklift.关键词
