Ultrasonic-cell-crushing-assisted ethanol extraction method for tea saponin
摘要
Abstract
Using camellia seed meal as material, the ultrasonic-cell-crushing-assisted ethanol extraction method was studied. The effects of ultrasonic extraction times, material to liquid ratio, ethanol concentration, and ultrasonic time on extraction yield of tea saponin were systematically investigated. The optimum conditions were thus determined, by which the yield of tea saponin as high as 13.6% could be obtained: ultrasonic extraction for one time, material to liquid ratio of 1∶7, ethanol concentration of 80%, and ultrasonic time of 15 min.关键词
