摘要

Abstract

TLC method was used for qualitative identiifcation of huangju extract (Ghrysanthemum indicum L.,Scutellaria baicalensis). HPLC method was used to determine the contents ofbaicalin, the moisture content and insoluble residue in huangju extract. TLC method can qualitatively identify theGhrysanthemum indicum L., by which the spots were clear with good separation and without interference in the negative reference. Thebaicalin showed a good linearity in the measurement range of 1.862 ~ 186.195 µg·mL-1 (r=0.999 7). The average recovery was 102.08% with the RSD (n=9) was 1.57%.
