莱茵衣藻Chlammydomonas reinhardtii净化酒糟废水研究
Study on Purification of Vinasse Wastewater by Chlamydomonas reinhardtii

Abstract
It could realize innocent treatment of wastewater and provide culture of microalgae with nutrition and water resource by combining wastewater treatment with microalgae culture.In this research,indoor micro ecological system was set by using Chlammydomonas reinhardtii as experimental material and vinasse wastewater as culture medium to observe the removal rate of total nitrogen (TN),total phosphorus (TP) and chemical oxygen demand (COD) in vinasse wastewater,and the effect of microalgae protein extraction as well.The result showed that the final removal rate of TN reached up to 70% to 80% when the initial concentration of TN in vinasse wastewater was between 9.39 mg·L-1 and 30.86 mg·L-1,it had a good removal rate even to 86.59% of TP when the initial content of TP was between 3.45 mg·L-1and 10.93 mg·L-1.C.reinhardtii could remove more than 50% COD of vinasse wastewater which had different dilution ratio.Meantime,the content of soluble protein increased obviously under the conditions of diluted 80×,50×,and 50× (the rate of nitrogen and phosphorus being 108∶7).In general,at the condition of diluted 50× (TN,TP concentration being 18.23 mg·L-1,6.99 mg·L-1,respectively),C.reinhardtii grows well,and TN,TP,COD removal efficiency are more obvious,the water quality purification effect is the best,and it also can obtain a higher content of soluble protein,which provides a new way of thinking for co-cultivation between vinasse wastewater and microalgae.关键词
