摘要
Abstract
Three-dimensional reconstruction of coronary arteries was performed on the basis of a medical image series to assist surgeons in diagnosing nidus on coronary arteries.Combined with the software package of VTK and ITK,the three-dimensional recon-struction of a series of CT scanning image was implemented,a model of thoracic cavity was built,then the coronary arteries were seg-mented based on 3D Regio Crrowing Method to generate the caronary system model.Experimental results demonstrated that the branch of coronary arteries could be segmented successfully with the algorithm.关键词
