摘要

Abstract

By measuring the biophoton emission from Radix Rehmanniae Recens,BG1 1 medium and scenedesmus,and exploring the effect of radix rehmanniae recens on the biophoton emission from scenedesmus,the experimental data was analyed and processed we found significant changes in the biophoton emission of Scenedesmus by radix rehmanniae recens,With the volume increase of radix reh-manniae recens,the change trend of the average intensity of spontaneous luminescence and the initial strength of delayed luminescence from the Scenedesmus were first increased and then decreased,the highest value of both was located 350 ul.Within a certain range, there was a good linear relationship between the volume of radix rehmanniae recens and the average intensity of spontaneous lumines-cence of the Scenedesmus.It shows that the biophoton emission of Scenedesmus has a high sensitivity to the change of the liquid envi-ronment,which lays the foundation for the biological indicator.
