HHIP 基因单核苷酸多态性与新疆维吾尔族慢性阻塞性肺疾病易感性的相关性
Association between single nucleotide polymorphism of HHIP gene and susceptibility to COPD in Uygur patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism of human hedgehog-in-teracting protein (HHIP)gene and susceptibility to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)in Xinjiang Uygur pop-ulation.Methods We extracted DNA from peripheral blood samples in 233 cases of Uygur patients with COPD (COPD group) and 292 cases of healthy controls (control group ), and then detected HHIP gene rs13118928A /G and rs13141461C /T polymorphism loci by iMLDR technique.Results Alleles and genotype frequency distribution of rs13118928A /G and rs13141461C /T in HHIP gene between the COPD group and control group showed no significant difference,all P >0.05.Meanwhile,no significant difference was found in the 4 haplotypes (AC,AT,GC and GT)of rs13118928A /G and rs13141461C /T between the COPD group and control group,all P >0.05.Rs13141461C /T gene log-model (GG vs.AG vs.AA)was related with FEV1 /FVC (P <0.05),and the recessive model (CC +CT vs.TT)was related with both FEV1 % predicted value (FEV1 %pred)and FEV1 /FVC (all P <0.05).Conclusions The polymor-phism loci of rs13118928A /G may be not the susceptibility gene of COPD in Xinjiang Uygur population. The rs13141461C /T gene log-model (GG vs.AG vs.AA)is related with FEV1 /FVC,and the recessive model (CC +CT vs. TT)is related with FEV1 %pred and FEV1 /FVC.关键词
