摘要
Abstract
The food safety of Bacillus coagulans GBI⁃30,6086 was discussed. According to the toxicology, drug resistance, toxin production capacity of Bacillus coagulans GBI⁃30, 6086, the safety risk was evaluated with the Chinese residents� recommended and the consumption data. There were no reports concerning the toxicity,drug resistance,toxin production capacity and adverse clinical reaction of Bacillus coagulans GBI⁃30, 6086. Converted the Chinese consumption data to food servings ( 25�38 ) , the consumption of Bacillus coagulans GBI⁃30,6086 was estimated to be 5�1 × 1010 CFU per day under its recommendation,less than the ADI value(8�0×1010 CFU/d)�According to the evaluation results,the potential health effects caused by Bacillus coagulans GBI⁃30,6086 is of very low risk level.关键词
