Abstract

We optimized the growth conditions( pH,temperature and salinity) for Vibrio vulnificus FJ04 by singe⁃factor experiments and the response surface methodology ( RSM)�The multivariate non⁃linear model was applied to study the interactions and optimization of the growth parameters for V. vulnificus FJ04. The optimum conditions were as follows:pH 8�29, temperature 32 ℃ and salinity 2�38%�The relationship between temperature and pH was significant. The interactions between pH and salinity, as well as temperature and salinity were unapparent during the growth. The values of bias factor an accuracy factor were also acceptable statistically. The predictive model is high reliable.
