摘要

Abstract

A real⁃time PCR assay to detect chicken and duck ingredients in meat product was described�According to chicken and duck mitochondrial DNA sequence, we have designed the species⁃specific PCR primer and Taqman probe. This method could detect the presence of DNA in food and feedstuffs containing less than 0�01 % ( w/w) chicken and 0�001 % ( w/w) duck ingredients. It could be an effective method to detect chicken and duck ingredients in meat products.
