Role of functional lipids in conjugated linoleic acid-a review
摘要
Abstract
Conjugated linoleic acid is the isomeride of linoleic acid,mainly existing in ruminant animal fat. Conjugated linoleic acid is a new resource food with many other features,such as anti⁃atherosclerosis and anticancer,immune rgeulation,reducing blood glucose and promoting formation of bone and bone cell,and so on.Here,we review the source of conjugated linoleic acid as well as its synthetic method,function role and application.关键词
