Abstract
Objective:To determine the weight of each index based on the construction of nursing director lead-ship evaluation index system recently.Methods:AHP was used to establish the hierarchy of nursing directors leadership evaluation index,construct j udgment matrix of pair comparison,and test the consistency of the j udg-ment matrix,so as to determine the weight of the indicators at all levels.Results:Through AHP,the weight co-efficients of 3 first grade indexes,9 second class indexes and 30 third class indexes were established.The weight of all indexes was consistent with the consistency test.Conclusion:The nursing director leadship evaluation in-dex system was scientific and feasible,the weight of all indexes was reasonable,which could provide the basis for the training and promotion of nursing director leadership.关键词
