英国早期预警评分结合休克指数在急性上消化道出血病人中的应用
Application of natonal early warming score combined with shock index for patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application effect of national early warning score(NEWS)combined with shock index(SI)for patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:A total of 108 patients with a-cute upper gastrointestinal bleeding in emergency resuscitation room received the NEWS scores combined with SI hierarchical j oint contorl and the corresponding early interventions were carried out according to the score re-sults.Results:The NEWS scores of 108 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were 2.11±2.17 before warning,the NEWS scores were 1.58±1.83 after warning,the differences were statistically significant between before and after warning (P<0.05).And the SI scores of 108 patients with acute upper gatrointestinal hemorrhage were 0.85±0.28 before warning,the SI scores were 0.81±0.26 after warning,the differences had no statistically significance between before and after warning(P>0.05).Conclusion:NEWS score combined with SI was helpful for early identification of potential risks in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleed-ing,so that patients can get effective clinical intervention in time.关键词
