革兰氏阴性细菌感染患者血清内毒素检测临床探讨
Detection of Serum Endotoxin in Patients with Gram Negative Bacterial Infection
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application of bacterial ndotoxin (ET)in the patients with gram-negative bac-terial infections.Methods 200 ases sent for bacterial culture for the detection of patients.At the same time,blood samples were taken by kinetic turbidimetric technique with limulus reagent on the line ET levels were measured.Results Specimens in 112 cases of ET level greater than 0.030 EU/ml.Bacteria was detected in 39 cases of patients were culture and gram neg-ative bacteria (G-)in 24 cases,ET test results 0.264±0.109 EU/ml,were greater than 0.115 EU/ml;gram positive bacte-ria (G+)in 15 cases,ET results 0.023±0.025 EU/ml,two group comparison,the difference had statistical significance (t=28.23,P<0.05).Conclusion Blood ET increase is correlated with G- bacteria infection,first with the detection of ET have to on patients with G- bacteria infection in early diagnosis and treatment and provide a theoretical basis.关键词
