小微企业众筹融资平台风险管理研究∗
Research on risk management of crowd-funding platforms of small and micro-enterprises
摘要
Abstract
As an important force in economic development, small and micro-enterprises are facing problems such as difficulty to finance, high cost in financing, etc., in the process of development. As a new mode of network financing, crowd-funding brings not only opportunities, but also challenges to small and micro-enterprises. The overall risks of crowd-funding platforms of small and micro-enterprises are identified. The risk identification approach of “5+11” is proposed, the risks that crowd-funding platforms face are studied particularly. The method of system dynamics is utilized to draw the causal diagram of risk system of crowd-funding platforms in small and micro-enterprises. According to the circuit diagram and cause tree formed through causal diagram, the feedback mechanism of crowd-funding platforms risks is showed visually. The corresponding preventive measures is proposed according to the risk, which has a certain practical significance for standardizing the operation of public financing platform, and improving the success rate of platform.关键词
