论明星隐私权的保护与限制∗
On protection and restriction of privacy right of stars
摘要
Abstract
The practical significance is analyzed of protection and restriction of the privacy right of stars from the perspective of star and privacy. The reasons of derogation of the privacy right of stars are analyzed from the perspective of public interests, such as the right to know and proper interest of the public, etc., and the range limit of stars ’ privacy right is delineated. It is proposed that illegal acts and crimes and immoral behaviors should not be protected;the privacy disclosed or permitted by the stars themselves should not be protected;the personal privacy not related with the career of stars should be relatively protected;and the privacy of their minor child or children should be absolutely protected. Suggestions are proposed to the government, the news media, the public, and the stars themselves.关键词
