腹腔自发出血诊治分析（附10例报告）
Diagnosis and treatment of spontaneous intra-abdominal hemorrhage:a report of 10 cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of spontaneous intra-abdominal hemorrhage. Methods A retrospective analysis was done with the clinical data of 10 cases with spontaneous intra-abdominal hemor-rhage admitted from December 2001 to February 2016 at Changhai Hospital of Second Military Medical University. Results Abdominal apoplexy was present in 4 cases with spontaneous intra-abdominal hemorrhage, intra-abdominal hemorrhage in 4 cases and chronlc abdominal hematoma in 2 cases based on the extent of clinical severity. Hematoma was removed combined with resection of organ in 4 cases. Non-operative treatment was given to 4 cases. Only abdomi-nal drainage was performed when no active bleeding was found in 1 case. Both removal of hematoma and ligation of bleeding were done in 1 case. Nine cases were cured and 1 case died of postoperative massive intraperitoneal bleeding. Conclusions Exploratory laparotomy is a valuable therapeutic approach for the patients with spontaneous intra-abdomi-nal hemorrhage.关键词
