首先阐述了建筑智能化系统和设计管理基本理论，从概念、构成等方面进行了详细说明；然后对现有的国内外相关研究文献进行研究总结，对其中的理论进行提炼，并对研究背景进行剖析，提出现存的问题；对现在的建筑智能化系统设计过程进行研究，提出对建设方管理的建议；最后就设计单位和设计方案的选择、设计费用的支付以及设计造价、质量和进度控制提出解决方法，并针对具体案例进行了实践分析。
The building intelligent system and design management basic theory are described to explain the concept and structure in detail.
