Abstract
The electric power enterprise information communication system can improve the level of enterprise production, operation,management,and enterprise culture,and has become an important tool in the process of electric power production. The core of the system is the video conference system. The project risk can directly influence on the success or failure of the project results,so it is necessary to adopt the safe strategy to deal with the possible risk. The risk planning of the electric power enterprise information communication system construction project is proposed based on the theory of project risk management. The risk identification and evaluation method of the system construction project was designed. The system risk management stra⁃tegy is summarized. The results play the demonstration effect on the establishment of the life cycle risk management system con⁃structed by the future electric power information communication system.关键词
