重度子痫前期胎盘组织中NFAT5表达与围生儿结局的相关性研究
Expression of NFAT5 in placenatal of severe preeclampsia and its relationship with peri-natal outcome

Abstract
Objective:To explore the expression of nuclear factor of activated T cells (NFAT5) in the placenta tissues of severe Preeclampsia(sPE) and the relationship with peri-natal outcome. Methods:Placental samples were collected from 60 normal full-term singleton pregnant women( control group) and 60 singleton pregnant women with sPE who had elective cesarean section in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University between Jan. 2015 and Jan. 2016. Immunohistochemistry assay was used to detect the expression and distribution of NFAT5 in placental tissues. RT-PCR was conducted to analyze the expression of NFAT5 mRNA in placental tissues. The relationship between the NFAT5 expression and perinatal outcome were analyzed. Results:( 1 ) There were significant difference between two groups about neonatal weight,the placenta weight,Apgar score and delivery gestational age (P<0. 05). The expression of NFAT5 protein and mRNA in placenta of the sPE group were significant higher than that of the control group (t=-40. 434,P=0. 001;t=-6. 696,P=0. 001). NFAT5 protein were almost expressed in the nucleus and cytoplasm of the syncytiotrophoblasts cells and little was expressed in villi mesenchymal cells. The expression of NFAT5 mRNA had a negative correlation withbirth weight,placental weight,gestational age at birth(r=-0. 554,-0. 698,-0. 612;P<0. 05). The expression level of NFAT5 had positive correlations with body mass index ( r=0 . 630 , P=0. 012). Conclusions:The levels of NFAT5 in the placenta are associated with the severity of preeclampsia and are associated with poor perinatal outcome.关键词
