Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Capecitabine on ovarian cancer of nude mice in the high expression of HER-2/neu. Methods:66 female healthy nude mice were inoculated subcutaneously with human ovarian cancer SKOV3 cells, and the model was established. The nude mice were divided into two groups according to the use of the drug, each of which was 33. Control group:celecoxib treatment. The observation group:celecoxib com-bined with capecitabine in treatment of gastric lavage. SKOV3 cell growth inhibition rate, the tumor volume and tumor inhibition rate of the two groups were compared. The p53 markers and HER-2/neu markers were observed. Results:The inhibitory rate of cell growth in the observa-tion group (65. 11±0. 86)% higher than that of the control group(40. 38±0. 58)%,the differ-ence was statistically significant ( P<0 . 01 ) . The tumor inhibition rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 01). The p53 markers and HER-2/neu markers in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 01). Conclusions:Capecitabine plays an important role in the treatment of high expression of HER-2/neu nude mice with ovarian carcinoma, and capecitabine can effectively inhibit tumor cell growth. The mechanism of capecitabine may be regulation of p53 and HER-2/neu gene expression.关键词
