Abstract
Objective:To summarize the clinical features of fallopian tube carcinoma and explore the factors influencing the recurrence and survival of fallopian tube carcinoma. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted of the 52 patients of primary fallopian tube carcinoma in Heilongjiang carcinoma hospital from Jan. 2001 to May 2011. Cox proportional hazards model was used for survival analysis. Result:The recurrence rate of the whole group was 59. 6%(31/52),and the 5-year overall survival rate was 42. 3%(22/52). Single-factor a-nalysis showed that FIGO stage,elevated preoperative CA125,histological grade and residual tumor diameter were associated with recurrence and prognosis. Multifactor analysis showed that FIGO stage,elevated preoperative CA125,histological grade,residual tumor diameter were asso-ciated with recurrence. Conclusions:Patients with late FIGO stage,high preoperative CA125,poor histological differentiation and large residual lesions have high risk for recurrence. Patients with late FIGO stage,high preoperative CA125 and large residual lesions have a poor prognosis. For patients who have the risk factors,we think intensive following-up visits and timely intervention treatment should be considered, which will help to extend the postoperative life expectancy of patients and improve patientsˊlife quality.关键词
