全面腹部超声检查在急腹症诊断中的临床应用价值

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effects of comprehensive abdominal ultrasound examination in the patients with acute abdomen. Methods One hundred and eighty patients with acute abdomen in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and observation group ,90 cases in each group. The patients in the control group conducted the examination by adopting abdominal ultrasound mode ,while the patients in the observa-tion group adopted the comprehensive abdominal ultrasound mode for conducting examination. The clinical pathological diagnosis results served as the golden standard. The clinical diagnosis time ,abdominal ultrasound examination time and diagnosis coinci-dence rate of clinical cases were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical diagnosis time in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the diagnosis coincidence rate of clinical cases in the observation group was 96.7%(87/90),which was significantly superior to 86.7%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Although adopting the comprehensive abdominal ultrasound ex-amination in the patients with acute abdomen has longer examination time ,but effectively shortens the time of patient′s clinical di-agnosis,obviously increases the coincidence of diagnosis and fault,significantly decreases the occurrence rate of examinations such as X-ray and CT and occurrence rate of delayed diagnosis ,conduces to the diagnosis of acute abdomen ,has better clinical curative effect and is worth clinical promotion.关键词
