Abstract
Library knowledge management is a new management method based on the background of the current information technology.Compared with the traditional method,the method of knowledge management can meet the demands of users to use the library sources better.Besides,it can also meet the demands of more efficient library management.At first,the article discusses the concept of library knowledge management briefly.Then it comprehensively analyzes that the knowledge management has an important influence in library management.Finally,it puts forward the innovation strategy of library knowledge management and hopes to provide a reference for the current library management innovation.关键词
