干细胞标志Nanog在食管鳞癌组织中表达及预后关系
Expression and Clinical Significances of Nanog in Esophagea Squamous Carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of Nanog in esophageal squamous carcinoma and their correlations with the pathologic parameter of cancer and prognosis.Methods The expression of Nanog in 60 surgical specimens of esophageal squamous carcinoma and 10 paracarcinoma tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry method. The correlations between the expression of Nanog and the clinical pathological characteristics were analyzed statistically.Results Relapse and metastasis of 26 cases was detected in all patients. In metastasis group, the positive expression rate of Nanog was 61.5%(16/26)). And the positive expression rate of Nanog in non-metastasis group was 26.5%(9/34).The difference was signigicant (<0. 05). Expression of Nanog signigicantly correlated with differentiation, but was not associated with T stage or N stage . Metastatic rate in positive expression was higher than in negative expression.Conclusion The expression of Nanog related with progression and prognosis of esophageal squamous carcinoma, they are both hopeful predictors for patients with esophageal squamous carcinoma.关键词
