Abstract
Objective To study the continue nursing in patients with renal failure hemodialysis on its clinical curative effect and quality of life. Methods Select our hospital renal medicine in 2014.6~2014.6 admitted during the period of 70 cases of renal failure patients with hemodialysis, according to random number table method will be divided into conventional group and intervention group of 35 cases,35 cases of conventional group of patients in general nursing mode,implement continuity nursing intervention group mode.Results Conventional group patients normal life,emotional, psychological,social ability,mental state,and get along with family members and other index score below the intervention group, <0.05;Regular patients disease treatment the total effective rate was 80%,intervention group was 94.29%,the intervention group was higher than normal group, <0.05). Conclusion Clinical renal failure on hemodialysis patients implement continuity nursing mode,nursing staff to fully discharge guidance,and telephone follow-up on a regular basis,keep a communication on network platform,in a timely manner to help patients solve related problems,to grasp the progress of the disease treatment can effectively improve patient quality of life scores and clinical curative effect.关键词
