Abstract
Objective To contrast analysis of thermal tooth filled with the treatment of chronic pulpitis and the clinical effect of periarthritis of root. Methods Retrospective analysis in August 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital during the period of treatment of 136 cases of pulpitis and apical periarthritis patients clinical data, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 68 patients in each group. The control group were treated by cold teeth lateral pressure filling consolidation clean shave with metronidazole, observation group were treated by heat the teeth filling treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect. Results The clinical curative effect of observation group of patients is significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( <0.05);Observation group of patients with interleukin 1 beta (IL-1 beta), gingival index (GI), gingival sulcus bleeding index (SBI), periodontal pocket depth (PD) are significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( <0.05). Conclusion Heat the teeth filling treatment of chronic pulpitis and apical periarthritis curative effect is ideal, and the operation is simple, can significantly reduce the patient's pain, can be used as the preferred method in the clinical treatment of periarthritis chronic pulpitis and the apex.关键词
