Abstract
Objective Survey our pediatric ICU (PICU) on January 1, 2010 - January 1, 2015 during the loss of nursing human resource status quo.Methods Through the hospital human resource management system for pediatric ICU (PICU) on January 1, 2010~January 1, 2015 during the nursing human resources loss situation investigation.Results Just work in less than a year and five years of contract nurses leave more.Conclusion Pediatric ICU nursing staff turnover and work stress, salary and family environment and other factors.关键词
