Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application of risk management in psychiatric nursing. Methods Through the development and implementation of risk management methods, will not carry out the risk management of the quality of nursing work in 2014 and the formal development of risk management in 2015 to compare the quality of nursing work. Results Since the implementation of the risk management and nursing quality score and hospitalized patients to nursing job satisfaction were significantly improved, all kinds of nursing adverse events occurred in the number of cases and the incidence rate decreased significantly, indicators to compare difference has statistical significance. Conclusion In the psychiatric nursing work to carry out risk management, can significantly improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction, and effectively reduce the occurrence of nursing safety adverse events.关键词
