摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the application value of platelet histogram in platelet count. Methods 173 cases with resistance method and optical method at the same time of the platelet patients with correlation analysis; Platelet histogram normal and abnormal two patients comparative analysis. Results Platelet histogram normal, resistance method platelet count results are reliable, and optical method related degree is strong;Platelet histogram anomaly, resistance method platelet count results is not reliable, and the result is not stable, fluctuation, and optical method related degree is weak. Conclusion According to the detection principle analysis, optical method more than resistance method accuracy is high, But due to the high cost of testing so platelet histogram in platelet count a screening not reliable results plays a key role, such as abnormal graphics, the optical method review.关键词
