摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze dynamic arterial stiffness index (AASI)and the relation between the arrhythmia in elderly patients with high blood pressure.Methods 148 cases of elderly patients with high blood pressure,according to the different (AASI)in control group were set up group (undervalued)and observation group (high value),74 cases in each group,with 0.49 for the median,the former of AASI are not more than 0.49,and the latter AASI were greater than 0.49,in view of the two groups of patients with dynamic changes in blood pressure and arrhythmia in the real-time observation and record in detail.Results 24 hSBP value and 24 hPP observation group were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05);24 hDBP observation group was obviously lower than the control group (P<0.05);Observation group reduction before sexual period,complexity of ventricular arrhythmia reduction rate and room before are higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion In elderly patients with high blood pressure,the increase of the dynamic index of atherosclerosis increases their risk of arrhythmia occurrence.关键词
