Abstract
Objective To analyze and study ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in cesarean section anesthesia. Methods August 2014-December 2015 108 cases of cesarean section line patients,according to odd and even number table,randomly divided into observation group and control group, 54 patients in each group.In the control group were treated with ropivacaine epidural anesthesia;observation group were treated with ropivacaine+sufentanil lumbar epidural anesthesia.Results The two groups of patients hemodynamics related indicators compared to the value detected:two groups of patients before anesthesia hemodynamic relative detection valueswere not significantly different P>0.05;observed in patients after anesthesia systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,mean arterial pressure and other detection valueswere higher P<0.05;oxygen saturation had no significant difference in the two groups after anesthesia P>0.05.Two groups of patients anesthesia incidence of adverse reactions compared:the observation group were nausea and vomiting,surgery referred pain,chills and other rate lower than the control group,P<0.05;the observation group were higher than the incidence of pruritus P<0.05.Conclusion The ropivacaine combined with sufentanil anesthesia used in cesarean section surgery patients,their patient's bloodstream less kinetic impact,and can reduce the probability of occurrence of adverse reactions in patients with anesthesia.关键词
