Abstract
Objective Evaluate the sodium hyaluronate combined with fluorometholone in the treatment of 60 cases of dry eye caused by meibomian gland dysfunction.Methods Select 60 cases of dry eye patients from our hospital during November 2015 to February 2016,and divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,each group of 30 cases.Control group was used alone 0.1%sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the observation group on the basis of control group combine with 0.02%fluorometholone eye drops.Both were used for 2 months.Observe and compare the effect of the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined fluorometholone eye drops in the treatment of dry eye effect is excellent,and better than the single use of sodium hyaluronate eye drops.关键词
