Abstract
Objective To study the comprehensive nursing measures for patients after coronary angiography via radial artery. Methods 112 patients who had received coronary angiography via radial artery in the hospital were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 56 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing, whereas those in the control group given routine care. The relevant indicators of surgery, nursing satisfaction and complications in the two groups were compared. Results The operation duration in the observation group and bandage pressure dressing time were significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05). Satisfaction in the observation group was 96.43%, significantly higher than the 75% in the control group (P<0.05). No significant difference was shown in the complications induced by surgery between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can reduce the postoperative complications induced by coronary angiography via radial artery and improve patients' nursing satisfaction, thus worthwhile to be popularized in clinical application.关键词
