目的：探讨HIV患者行胃镜护理风险及防范措施。方法加强环境布局、清洗消毒设施，职业暴露的培训及隔离管理制度等做好防护。结果医护人员无职业暴露发生。结论全面提高有效的预防措施，控制HAV患者行胃镜检查职业暴露，对临床有指导意义。
Objective On patients with HIV do gastroscope nursing risks and preventive measures.Methods To strengthen environmental layout, the cleaning and sanitation facilities, the training of occupational exposure and isolation management system of protection. Results Medical staff occupational exposure was not occurred.Conclusion Improving the effective preventive measures, control the HAV patients gastroscopy occupational exposure, as a guidance for clinical.
