Load Characteristics of Feeding Hydraulic System in Full Hydraulic Drilling Machine
摘要
Abstract
Through the analysis of the actual working conditions and load characteristics of the full hydraulic drill machine, the relationship of the friction coefficient between the drill sleeve and the drilling tool is established.The mathematical model of the pressure control system for the drilling of pressure increase and pressure relief is established according to the optimization design of the feeding electro-hydraulic system.What's more, according to the different situations of geological drilling, the control loop performance with the overflow pressure and control loop pressure-flow with electric proportional directional valve's opening degree are analyzed.We researches the effect on pressure control performance of variable load to achieve energy saving and high efficiency loop control.Through collecting the feeding hydraulic cylinder load force of the field and contrasting simulation analysis, the conclusion shows that feed pressure control loop can accurate adjust the pressure, to effectively control the feed pressure of feeding electro-hydraulic system safely, stably and optimally.关键词
