摘要

Abstract

In order to study the new atomization method and apply it to practical mist lubrication system, the atomization performance test system is designed for fluid dynamic ultrasonic atomizer.By measuring the oil mist density and flow rate under different inlet air pressure and pressure difference between inlet and outlet, the atomization performance of fluid dynamic ultrasonic atomizer is studied.The results indicate: when the inlet pressure of air increases, the oil mist density first increases then decreases and flow rate first increases then remains at a certain value.The optimum inlet pressure is 0.5 MPa.Oil mist density and flow rate increase with the increase of pressure difference between inlet and outlet, and the atomization performance is enhanced significantly.
