高压差迷宫式调节阀流道设计研究
The Design of Channels of High Pressure Drop Labyrinth Control Valve
摘要
Abstract
The labyrinth control valve, as the research object, its capability of pressure reducing and speed controlling should be improved when working in high pressure difference condition.Obtained numerical simulation results of two types of channel flow field consisting of pressure and velocity, contrast characteristic curves are plotted in this paper.The result show that shunting type is better than the decompression, and hedging type can effectively reduce velocity.Through analyzing the characteristic of these two kinds of structure, we put forward a new channel structure.The results show that the model is reasonable and it can be used to realize both pressure reducing and speed controlling.关键词
