Abstract
As the stock of mining rights continues to fall, the mining rights market presents stepwise regression rationality. In such a situation, major measures with a view to promoting mining development are adopted. For example, streamlining administration, delegating more powers to lower-level governments and to society in general while improving regulation, and optimizing service have been deepened in the work of mining management on a constant basis. At the same time, we have constantly enhanced our efforts with regard to macro management of mineral development. These efforts have led to notable results:mining investment environment has continued to do well; supply-side structural reform of mining has obtained the obvious actual effect; and the reform for the administrative management of geology and mineral resources has been pushed forward orderly. All of these have been accumulating new momentum for transformation and upgrading, and sustainable development of mining.关键词
