对省级地勘单位智库建设的思考
Ideas on Think Tank Improvement of Geological Exploration Units at Provincial-Level

Abstract
At home, some provinces have been approaching limit of resource and environment loading capacity, on the other side, international mining situation remains weak. This situation has led to bigger economic downward pressure on some geological exploration units. At the same time, we are experiencing the combined effects of an adjustment of economic development of geological exploration coupled with the construction period of classiifed reform of institutional organization. Geological prospecting industry is being at a critical juncture in its period of transitional development. Under this circumstance, this paper points out that it is just at that time when we can try our efforts to establish a think-tank of provincial geological exploration units in accordance with regional characteristics with a view to guiding the reform and development of geological exploration work. The path we can follow is“associative think-tank”and“newly-built think-tank”. Meanwhile, we must lay stress on"problem orientation, practical directions, and innovation orientation”. Provincial think-tank construction of geological exploration units should be oriented on the level of application study. We must establish and improve the working mechanism in which the leadership of the party committee and the guidance of relevant departments can be coordinated. We must remain committed to the principle that there is what it should avoid doing as well as what it should do;lay special emphasis on key initiatives, and reinforce the foundation.关键词
