Abstract
Cyberspace sovereignty (referred to here by its short form, cyber sovereignty) is the extension of national sovereignty to the platform of information and communication technology systems. This article deifnes cyberspace and cyber sovereignty, discusses the existence of cyber sovereignty, and judges several erroneous points of view that deny cyber sovereignty.关键词
