Abstract
From the perspectives of computer science, information science, management, and sociology, this paper summarizes research on domestic and international network public opinion monitoring, analysis, and management, followed by a brief introduction to China’s major domain applications. On this basis, we discuss the future development of network public opinion when facing the challenges and opportunities of the Big Data Era.关键词
