摘要
Abstract
Drug loaded instruments, represented by drug eluting stent (DES) and drug coated balloon (DCB), have provided new ways for treating arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO). High level clinical trials related have been extensive. DES and DCB loaded with paclitaxel have presented with better primary patency and uncertain symptoms improvement in treating femoral-popliteal artery lesions. For treating infra-popliteal artery lesions, the predominance of DES has been basically established, while the potential value of DCB still need to be tested by more clinical trials.关键词
